There's frequently more than one value 3 or rolling back package entry. As soon as you find value 3 or Rolling back package in the setup.exe log, you should be able to identify which component is failing, and then from there look for the particular MSI log that corresponds to that component. You should be able to identify the failure immediately at that point. Rolling back package indicates that the Office installation has failed and Office is trying to "roll back" the installation.
